Miranda McQueen has recently joined our team and comes to us with a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration. She has 6 years of customer service experience and quality assurance. Miranda prides herself on her keen attention to detail and her ability to work efficiently and professionally. Her drive to succeed as a Title Processor for Covenant Closing is evident in her continued effort to build positive, recurring relationships with our clients and provide excellent service.
Bobbie Rowe joined Covenant Closing in August of 2020 as a Title Processor. Bobbie brings with her 30 plus years in office administration, customer service and 15 years on contractual services. She has a unique blend of knowledge, accuracy and professionalism and is superior in her drive for organization. Bobbie maintains a flair for fostering positive relationships.
Jennifer has worked in the service industry for over 15 years and is well versed in customer service and compliance. After 3 years of property management experience, Jennifer decided to make a transition into the Title industry. In 2017 Jennifer joined the Trust Title team, now the Covenant Closing team, as a Junior processor. It wasn’t long before Jennifer expanded her knowledge and took over the post-closing department. Since then, Jennifer makes sure the team is running a tight ship with file compliance, post-closing, recording, and policy issuance, but she doesn’t stop there! Jennifer is fluent with each process it takes and makes sure to lend a helping hand in each department, no matter their need. Her pleasant demeaner, keen eye to detail, and knowledge of the industry, makes Jennifer a huge asset to the Company.
Barry Abel is originally from Baltimore, Maryland. He worked for 20+ years in the Mortgage Industry, starting as a Loan Officer, and advancing into Underwriting for Freddie Mac, Capital One, and the State Employees' Credit Union of Maryland. In 2004, Barry was hired as the Lending Manager of Residential Home Loan Centers, and then into the Title Industry as Title Processor and Closer. With over 30+ years of experience, Barry is more than ABEL to handle your questions.
Darien is a native to Florida and graduated from Seabreeze High School. He has worked in the customer service industry and is highly motivated to assist with all of your title needs. Darien is also an entreprenur and an Owner at a local Pizza company "Henry's Pizza"! If after your closing you have a taste for GREAT food and AMAZING service, go check them out!
Frankie Roy recently joined our Covenant Closing and Title Services team as an Escrow Processor. With a background in office administration and office management she has 16 + years in customer service. She has a strong work ethic and believes in going above and beyond when serving our clients.
Adam Griffith is a U.S. Air Force and Gulf War Veteran who joined us in 2020, and brings with him a wide range of experiences and technical knowledge to the team. As a licensed UAV pilot he is focused on giving clients the best quality images and creative solutions to their media needs. Adam brings customer satisfaction, professionalism and an eye for detail to everything he does. He is a long time resident of Port Orange where he lives with his wife and 2 boys.
Amy Annon is a proud Ormond Beach native where she is also raising her 3 children. She has worked in the customer service industry, in various departments for the past 18 years. Amy worked in property management for 2 years before opening and operating her own small business for another 2 years. She understands the importance of customer service and team work and always strives to go above and beyond to help the clients and fellow coworkers. Amy enjoys getting to know the clients and is excited to begin her journey with Covenant Closing & Title!
Becky joined Covenant Closing and Title Services, first as a CFPB Compliance Trainer and consultant and then came on full time in May of 2016 as office manager. She brings 25 years of experience in Business Office Management and Human Resource management. She is proficient in all aspects of accounting, including Escrow accounting.
Jennifer founded Indepth Solutions, Inc., Covenants parent company, over 10 years ago. Beginning in her home basement with one employee, she built a national company in this short time. Her devotion to customers and employees is second to none and are key factors to her success.
Jessica Dickerson is a valued licensed Title & Escrow officer on our St. John’s County team. After spending more than twelve years as a notary public, a certified signing agent and two years as a loan coordinator, Jessica decided to learn the title side of real estate as an escrow closer and now has many years of hands-on title & escrow experience under her belt. Jessica truly has a drive for exceptional customer service while successfully managing client's files professionally and ethically with integrity and honesty. She is always striving to continue to learn and grow each and every day in this very demanding industry.
J oversees the development and implementation of IT protocols and processes. With a strong team behind him, J is dedicated to the continual progress of regulatory compliance and enhancement of our customer’s experience through technical innovation and implementation.
Nick brings over a decade of experience in operations and process management. His passion for streamlined processes and internal synergies contribute towards an ever improving customer experience. Nick customizes workflow production software to meet the needs of our customers, team members and business partners.
Ralph brings over 30 years of experience in the real estate and title industries. With 25 years as a real estate broker, land developer and home builder, Ralph understands the title industry from the customer’s point of view. His focus on customer service and business development will allow Covenant Closing to remain “Dedicated to Serving Our Customers”.
Margie joined Covenant Closing & Title Services in 2005. As the Senior Title and Escrow Officer, she is a Florida Licensed Title Insurance Agent with over 30 years of banking and real estate experience. She attended Auburn University and is the wife of a United States Navy Veteran.
Susan joined Covenant Closing & Title Services in January of 2015. She has over 30 years in customer service type jobs and has been in the Real Estate Industry since 2006 when she received her Real Estate License. As a Title and Escrow Officer she works with buyers, sellers, lenders and realtors.
Andrea joined Covenant Title and Closings in November, 2016 and works as a Title & Escrow Officer. She works with lenders, buyers, sellers, and realtors with all aspects of the closing process. Andrea has a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communications from Framingham State University. She has over 16 years’ experience working in real estate conveyancing.
Beth joined Covenant Closing & Title Services in March, 2016. She brings experience in office management and is articulate as our Examiner. She is proficient in examining Official County Records, Property Appraiser Records, and Tax Collector Records and is responsible for preparing both Title Commitments and Title Policies for Lenders and Owners.
Mireille began working for Covenant Closing and Title Services in September, 2016. She brings 20 years of management experience and has quickly become one of our professional Escrow Officers. She has an innate ability to detect and solve comprehensive issues in real estate closings and has five years’ experience handling litigation in real estate matters. She has a degree in Business Administration and is instrumental in ensuring that our clients have a smooth, enjoyable closing experience.
We are excited to have Stacy Jones join our team at Covenant Closing & Title Services. She is a licensed title agent for the State of Florida and has 20 years of experience in the title industry. Stacy’s expertise in preparation and closing real estate transactions, title examination and her attention to detail and customer service is beyond reproach in providing a delightful closing experience.
Ashley Brodick began her career as a Paralegal working in various areas of law for a local Daytona Beach law firm. From there, Ashley developed her knowledge in Real Estate by focusing her career as a Real Estate Paralegal where she used her expertise in law to handle title processing and closings. Ashley is now a licensed title and escrow officer with Covenant Closing & Title Services. With 10 years of experience in Real Estate matters and 15 years of customer service experience, Ashley is available to assist you with all of your closing needs.
Debbie joined Covenant Closing & Title Services in September of 2017. She has 28 years in office management and providing outstanding customer service. She is a problem solver with an eye for detail and planning. She brings professionalism and integrity to a new level.
Timothy joined Covenant Closing & Title Services’ Media Group in 2018. As a lifelong resident of Flagler County, he brings an exceptional, local customer service background. His fresh perspective compliments the innovative approach utilized in our QuickClose™ program. Timothy’s focus is bringing the latest technological products and services to our customers, by providing cutting edge virtual reality 3D home tours, videography and aerial drone photography.
Robert Paul Perez brings a diverse array of experience to his role as the National “QuickCloseTM” Administrator with Indepth Title Solutions. He is a Boise State University Graduate with experience in program development in both government and the private sector. Robert has graduated electronics technician school, real-estate school and even Canine narcotic and bomb detection schools. His experience in project management, home building, property abstracting and video production, brings the quickclose program a creative and diverse manager with an artist’s eye.
Laura Geremia, our Regional Marketing/QuickClose Director, possesses marketing experience within the Northeast Florida region. With an extensive knowledge of the area, Laura brings the finest product available to you through the Matterport 3D virtual tours, aerial drone photography and website building through our QuickClose program. Laura’s attention to customer service and impeccable attention to detail is why she is so appreciated by Covenant Closing & Title Services and our clientele.
Jake Sausele Joined Covenant Closing & Title Services’ Media group in 2020. Jake has an associate degree in Business Marketing and has 15+ years of experience in customer service and marketing. Jake strives to provide the best customer satisfaction to each customer and the best quality of service on each job.
Nick Moore Joined Covenant Closing & Title Services’ Media group in 2020. Originally from Indiana, he is bringing his positive and ambitious mindset to add value to the entire team. Nick has 5+ years of online marketing and customer service experience. His extensive background with photography will enhance our programs overall. Nick is excited to be able to provide the best customer service and marketing products to the customers, working and developing within the QuickClose program.
Matthew Geremia joined Covenant Closing and Title Services in 2021, as the Assistant to the Vice President of Operations in Florida. His extraordinary experience in customer service and his studies at University of Arkansas in business analytics is a huge asset in operations and Accounting. His focus in providing detailed work and optimized operating procedures while offering premiere customer services adds great value to our team and customer experience.
